The Challenge.

Kärcher has large range of products within the pressure washer category which can make it difficult for a shopper to make an informative and decisive choice .

Blueshoes was challenged to design a wall merchandising display that could clearly differentiate and communicate the range build up and present a more needs focused approach. Furthermore accessories which were often hidden or excluded needed to more accessible and informative encouraging interaction and clarity.

Our Response.

Our approach was to create clear communication and navigation, that focused on needs and breadth of usage.

Lifestyle images and decking backdrop were used to bring into context and feature panels were added by the product to clearly highlight the range build up. The new , premium ‘Full control’ range was also differentiated by colour.

All accessories relating to the product were displayed below but angled forward allowing greater exposure and accessibility.

The Result.

Shoppers dwell time was significantly reduced due to effective retail design enabling them to make informed purchase decisions quickly and without the frustration. This all adds to customer satisfaction and positive experience of the Kärcher brand.
